Responsibilities

  • Document and systematize processes
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Propose, design, and defend solutions based on expertise, best practices, and frameworks
  • Implement changes and manage resistance from stakeholders and teams
  • Develop automations and build prototypes, including with the help of AI agents
  • Identify opportunities for integrating AI into processes
  • Support teams in preparing reports
  • Organize cross-functional projects
  • Independently receive, clarify, and process requests from internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
  • Experience in process optimization and change implementation
  • Experience with the full solution implementation cycle: from gathering and clarifying requirements to launch and adoption
  • Knowledge of project management systems and frameworks
  • Understanding of BPMN
  • Willingness to independently design solutions and effectively defend them to stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn new methodologies and technologies
  • Ability to handle criticism, corrective feedback, and resistance to change
  • Development experience, including with AI agents
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, or similar tools
  • Experience with Docker, RAG, and SQL
  • Experience with dashboarding tools: Tableau, NeoDash, Superset
  • Experience with n8n or other no-code / low-code orchestration tools
  • Project Management certification
  • Degree in mathematics, engineering, programming, or physics
  • Pre-Intermediate English or higher
